My Eu FY cams are disconnecting all the time, sems like the reciwe updates from EUFY and after this they need to be resetted, Any tip about how to reset them from distans.

This happens quite often but i Belive its is the router how disconekt or hoing down lpsing Connection, Baseunit dosent haw Any WiFi

Problem solved, the Wi Fi Signal was week and base unit losed connection, problem solved by mowing wifi unit to better location with stronger connection.

I don’t think you can do… Eufy been making a lot of changes to the I terrace and trying to clean up some of the stuff people complain about…
Just give it a littke time and leave it alone… they’ll come back up… mine has been doing the same things…

Restart home base through the app tap on homebase settings go to bottom tap on restart then confirm and it should say restarting on the screen
