Yeah the privacy mode is useful for blocking areas you don’t want to monitor
Go to your doorbell.
1.Then settings
2.video settings
3. Privacy zone
4. Click on the blue icon to add a privacy zone. You can add multiple zones.
Then it will always block out in recording
