DIY Kit with Cam2 and Floodlight Cam - Advice?

Hi Guys,

I’m looking to create a kit using two Cam2’s and the Floodlight Cam.
I’ve seen a lot of posts on here from people in the US but not seen many from the UK. I was just wondering if anyone from the UK has any experiences they’d want to share with a prospective buyer.

I’ve also seen that the US might be beta testing a Cam2 Pro with 2K camera rather than the 1080P HD of the Cam 2 and wondering if there’s plans on bringing that to the UK?

Hi Lottie,

What kind of kit would you like to make? The floodlight cam is not working with homebase 2,so you cannot create triggers (if that’s what you’d want).
As for the eufyCam 2 2k Pro, I see that the resolution and quality is better than the eufyCam 2’s. But don’t expect any flabbergasting differences. It looks like the price difference is about $10, so if you could wait I’d do so.
I’ve contacted eufy and they said the eufyCam 2 2k Pro should be available at the end of September in Germany. That means it’s coming to Europe, but to be sure for UK I’d ask them yourself.
