Does anybody else have a problem with the C20 only drooping one mop head

I have the same problem! It started Dec 5, 2025
Did you figure out what the issue was. I tried cleaning it but still has the same problem. I have to lightly push it down in Oder for it to come all the way down.
i did not. I ended up doing a warranty exchange.
I’ve got the c20 new haven’t had this problem yet only thing is right now that it won’t find way back home every second day or so
