Does anyone else have issues with the vacuum emptying in the self emptying version? I have a dog so the vacuum gets pretty full but the he bag in the station is NEVER full. Hasn’t been since the first bag I put in.

It sounds like your filter housing is so full of dog hair that when attempting to self- empty, nothing happens. I’d check the filter housing and see if its clogged. If not, you either need to turn the suction to a higher setting, because it sounds like it’s not picking up any hair, or the base station vacuum line is clogged and will need to be snaked or replaced.
