does anyone have any information about the cloud backup? I have six or seven cameras and I want to do the 999 a month plan for $10. it won’t allow me to update my membership or coverage. I’m paying $3 a month for each camera and some of them aren’t even backing up. does anybody have a way to contact the company or what to do? nothing will work. I’ve tried it through the app and anything else I can think of
