From any of the footage, the camera lights up and as much as I review the footage, there is never anything there apart from the rain reflecting the IR back
Have you tried to lower the angle of the camera so it points a little lower to the ground and see if that helps or is there something like high gloss paint or glass that could be potentially reflecting with the rain?
Silly questions I know but this happened once to me with a different brand of camera hence me upgrading to the cameras I have now.
Another thing I just thought was do you have your camera set to capture all motion?
If so try to set it to person only capture and see if that helps, as it may be thinking the rain is motion if it is raining very hard.
I haven’t yet but just to turn of notifications for the effected camera for the storm. I get it constantly from multiple cameras especially snow even when I have all motions for motion and notifications turned off. We are expecting 18-24 inches of snow Monday so it will be fun.
Go into ur settings and shut off motion setting u can turn that off for events to send u notifications, u can silence them as well at night trying to sleep u only set it if it’s a glass break fire human or break in that’s what I do peaceful dreams all the way
