Does anyone know what happened to eufy the whole “key users” thing? Just curious. Didn’t they just introduce it a few months ago? And now it’s gone?

Yeah I’m curious too. They brought out these badges but I preferred the key users personally….

I just saw another recent post with a member’s “key user” designation label for the first time in ages. I tried “unwearing” the AI ambassador badge, but my “key user” label did not reappear. As I understand the AI ambassador and key user designations are entirely different in nature. The former is for submitting videos for ai training, the latter is for consistent, quality contributions within the community. I guess it doesn’t really matter, as neither of them means that much… But I was just curious since the new key user program seems to have disappeared so soon, or, perhaps, gotten lost. Perhaps it should appear under the badges section? Or once it is awarded by your team, then should remain attached to our usernames…either with or in the absence of other badges?
(Also, just fyi, I’m not sure that the user insight program is working. I got stuck in a loop or on a page that went nowhere. I used to answer surveys all the time…)
Agreed. I think it took more effort and longevity, therefore had more meaning…

You can change your badge (if you have more than one) back to Key User. It appears to be only possible via the web site not via the app. Click on your avatar (top right), then profile at the bottom of the list, then preferences, then flair
