Does the 2K HD need Homebase I bought off Amazon as people said it didn’t but I’m not able to set it up it has a message asking if I have Homebase chime then I can only click ok is this right I need the Homebase as well?

I have this without the homebase and it works great.
The ‘homebase chime’ may be refering to the plug in chime that comes in the box.

@Roc1789 is correct, it’s referring to the Wi-Fi doorbell chime, a HomeBase is not needed.
Add the Wi-Fi doorbell chime to the eufy Security App first then follow the directions to add the 2K video doorbell.
