Implement on/off toggles for each Detection Type. For example, we should have the ability to receive or not notications when a person is recognized, separate from when a Human is recognized (i.e. someone not in the list of recognized faces), and separate from a pet being detected, etc. Each detection type shohld have its own toggle.
