Hi, I just connected my new eufy battery doorbell and it stopped working after 2 hours. Tried pressing the button but no light comes on and the same when I put it on charge… what should I do ???
Have you tried resetting your homebase as well as have you tried swapping out the cable/power brick that you are using to charge it? It should be Charging: Solid orange/Fully charged: Solid cyan
