Anyone had a problem with the doorbell ringing by itself every 13 minutes mine keeps doing it and won’t stop
If it’s a mechanical chime then I can’t help.
If it’s an electronic chime then it might be being triggered by the tiny current that the doorbell passes through the wires at all times, even when the battery is not being recharged; this current does fluctuate slightly. Electronic chimes are far more sensitive to small currents (which don’t trigger mechanical chimes) which is probably why Eufy say not to use them.
Same here. Battery doorbell, keeps ringing every several minutes. I removed all devices, re-added them, still the same, it is really annoying! Help anyone?
