Hi,
I have recently installed a Eufy Wireless Doorbell. The device is set up with the Alexa app, where it shows up as a motion sensor. I can select devices for announcements but other than that I cannot see an option for setting up the live feed for the bell ringing.
What happens now is that my Echo show makes ding ding noises in addition to the Homebase but doesn’t even attempt to show the video.
Manually pulling up the video from the the bell with a voice command works.
I’ve looked through a lot of posts here but from what I’ve gathered, I suppose it should work without any further setup.
Any advice greatly appreciated
