Doorbell battery version, hard wired. Worked for first two hours picked up everything and I was happy with it. Made an activity zone and suddenly it didn’t work. Removed activity zone and didn’t pick up any events. put the activity zone in with the full screen selected, still doesn’t work.
So far in a day it’s picked out 1 event out of probably 20 and most of the missed ones are during the day.
Anyone have a solution for this?
I setup one about a week ago, had to play around with motion zones etc, and finally got it working as I needed. However, today, I haven’t had one notification and nothing in the app showing events but live view still worked.
I rebooted the Homebase 2, from inside the phone app, and everything seems to be working again, and I had 37 new notifications from today! So it had recorded them all, just hadn’t notified me or ‘pushed’ it the phone app. Werid.
So maybe try rebooting the homebase?
