Can anyone help ? Previously when I got a notification and clicked on it I was able to go direct to the relevant video but now when I press on the notification it only brings me to ‘events’ and then I have to scroll through the videos to select the latest one.
Doorbell Settings—> Notifications—> The related history event. That box should be ✓.
