Doorbell one way sound, can’t hear outside person when they ring the doorbell?
It could be the volume or ringtone disabled
I recall reading that there was a glitch with an app update, the fix was to toggle speaker sound off and back on.
Though it’s not a permanent fix…
Worth a try thanks. I get a crackling noise on my side and the outside they can hear my voice only.
Is the ringtone or volume setup?
Yes everthing was setup correctly for over a year and this is nothing to do with volume etc. Maybe a Eufy hardware or software issue.
The two-way audio doesn’t work at all despite doing every single troubleshooting step (reset, permissions, not having Bluetooth on, etc, etc, etc…), plus installing a Wi-Fi extender and knowing it has a strong connection.

I read on other reviews that many people had this 2 way audio issue, appears a fault with Eufy doorbells and seems to be common, mine developed over a year later. My volume and every setting is correct, it happend after an update so could be software related or hardware. People can hear me speaking on the doorbell audio, but I can’t hear them from inside?
