I keep finding that this doorbell is compatible with Homebase 3 , as I’ve been trying to add to Homebase for last few days just to hear unable to connect, Homebase has latest firmware, is there something I’m doing wrong here ?
Hmmm is your phone connected to your homes 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and are you next to the HB3 with the doorbell while setting up?
Do you have another device, phone or tablet you can try to set up with?
is it a new camera or has it been previously set up on someone else’s system? I’ve never had a problem setting up new devices as long as it was charged and doing the initial setup right next to the home base as jd said
