They are fully aware there are cameras all around my property, they even put their own at the front. In fact CCTV is so common in my street and many houses have them installed. The reason the alleyway has a CCTV, due to thieves/burglars using it to gain entry to the back of the house (other houses have had intruders via the alleway). However, when you have a bad neighbour like these they are the main concern. They stole my door bolt from the alleyway door so they could gain access 24/7.
That is maddening and violating to the nth degree. Sorry to hear you are battling those issues on the regular.

Today heard the scum neighbour is coming back once the fire damaged house is repaired. Feeling depressed on hearing this news.
