Drives me crazy! It misses someone that went into my garage but recorded them leaving it. Happens often and not just on 1 camera. I have it set to the highest motion to

Make sure you have an SD card in the cam and set it to continuous recording.

Thanks for @rya155’s reply. Their cameras are battery-powered, not wired, so they don’t have 24/7 recording.

This issue is related to late-trigger. Please go through this eufy Essential article, it should help you.

You can adjust it by going to the settings in your live view then follow the prompts that I have worked in on the third one just edit and it will take you to the screen where you can edit your time and you can turn off or turn on if you want the recording to stop when motion stops

Good info

:grinning: .

The amount of time for the event to be recorded can be adjusted in the settings. However, I think you are having an issue with the camera late-triggering where it starts recording after it should have detected motion a bit sooner and started recording sooner. I have also had this issue happen in many cases. It looks like one of the team members responded in the comments up above with a link that should be helpful in your situation. After taking their advice, please come back and update us on your results so we know if it helped. :100:

Customised I think

Your camera doesn’t have that feature since it’s battery powered. You really should’ve done research before purchasing the camera.

I also get very late detection. Sensitivity is 2 from the highest setting.

I’ve just taken it off human only to see if that helps.

Not really a helpful comment.

You are awesome :+1:

No worries …hope it helped.
