E21 baby monitor and camera… is there a way to turn off the camera when it’s plugged in?
leaving it on is making the plug hot and just isn’t necessary all day, but we want to leave it plugged in.
Not sure if I’m just missing a simple detail, hopefully someone knows.
When you say hot, do you not warm or really hot?. If it is really hot unplug it and get a replacement. I think it will be a standard 1 or 2 amp USB type plug so easy to replace
I’m not trying to find out how hot it gets, so it’s unplugged when we’re not using it SO we can turn it off. That is 1/2 ways to turn it off.
The 2/2 way is to put the WiFi on and turn the camera off in the app. BUT again, I don’t want to leave the WiFi on or the camera on when it’s not needed.
I just need to turn it off and leave it plugged in so it doesn’t run out of battery when we’re using it. This really isn’t optimal to have to plug and unplug a baby monitor camera every time we use it.
