Hi I purchased the E340 video doorbell as I saw that this year seasonal chomes will be compatible with it .
I have installed and updated it tonthe lastest firmware but I am unable to locate the Halloween chimes.
Does anyone know how to get them?
I recall in the past, if you press the doorbell button multiple times, then a Halloween sound will occur.
You would stop at the sound you want to keep.
Donāt know if itās still works or they simplified it where you can choose the sound through the app?
If you were able to download them into the app, they should be located in the section where you would choose an auto-response when someone rings the doorbell. Iām pretty sure itās a doorbell response sound heard by the visitor, not a doorbell ring sound inside the home. Iām going off of memory though when I had them installed a year or two ago for Halloween. Correct me if Iām wrong.
I couldnāt find it either, so I recorded a piece of scary music myself and set it in the custom responses settings. A few friends came over to my house and were all startled lol

Same here canāt findš
Iām having the exact same issue and sadly thereās zero communication on how to add them. Iāve been checking the app store and any notifications daily to see if thereās some update and nothing so far.
I love the product, but theyāre definitely lacking in this area when compared to competitors.
Hereās hoping we can actually enjoy them before halloween passes us by.
I love this, did the same thing - BUT - the doorbell still does āding dongā then scary noises, i just wanted scary noise from start ā¦
Anyone / do you / know how to set this up without the āding dongā first?
It sounds like youāve done the right first steps by updating your E340 video doorbell to the latest firmware, but if you still canāt find the seasonal Halloween chimes, the feature may not yet be rolled out universally or might be limited to specific regions or app versions. Double-check that your Eufy Security app is updated to the newest release and that your phoneās region settings match where the seasonal content is supported ā sometimes special tones like Halloween chimes appear only under Doorbell Settings ā Chime Sounds once the feature is live for your account. If they still donāt show up, contacting support for clarification on availability can help, as this isnāt controlled by local hardware alone. With a little digging and perhaps a support case, you should be able to access these fun tones just like exploring options in Bridging Finance UK to find the right fit for your needs.
