E8213 vs T8213 video doorbell- are the same item? if not, is the T8213 compatible with Homebase 3?

Hi, E8213 is our internal product code, actually it is a kit of video doorbell and homebase. The video doorbell T8213 is compatible with Homebase3.

Thanks for your response. I found the T8213 code as my doorbell model number. The reason I asked the question is because on the Homebase3 trade up page, it indicates that the Homebase3 is compatible with all sensors and doorbells except the E8213 … which is confusing.

Hi, Homebase 3 is compatible with stand-alone devices like video doorbell T8213, and E8213 is not a stand-alone device but a kit of homebase and doorbell. I hope my explanation is clear now.

Many thanks again. Yes that clarifies things.
I did buy my video doorbell bell as part of a kit with Homebase2 rather than an add on device.
