Hey guys!
So I just set up the doorbell and connected it with echo show 8. It sucks there is 5-10seconds lag to connect the video but it does have a few seconds of “green” screen after the “waiting for eufy camera” is there something wrong with the doorbell or is this “green screen” normal?

Same here…my Echo Show 8 has at least a 10 second delay in displaying the camera, been that way since I got it 2 months ago.

is your system (doorbell & homebase 2) connected to your home network or is it just connectd via the homebase 2 built in wifi? i guess what i am asking, is your homebase 2 directly connected to your router or is it freestanding (not directly connected to your router)?
