I removed my DoorBell Camera from my HomeBase 2.
I am trying to add it back using the app on my Android. When I click the add device button, I receive a message saying “System Time Mismatch with server. Please check your sys” the rest is cut off.
I have check the time zone on the HomeBase 2, It is set to GMT +12 Auckland and the Android is set the same.
HomeBase firmware is 1.3.09 and the phone is v4.8_2072(US)
Can anyone help with this?
Hi, it’s probably some glitch. I would try changing the time zone in the HomeBase to anything and then save it.
Close out the app then open the app back up go back into the time zone settings and choose your correct time zone setting then save it.
Now try to add your doorbell camera back.
