Eufy 2C pro camera not charging with Eufy Solar Panel

Hi

I have a eufy 2c pro camera connected to my eufy solar panel. It has been keeping the battery charged over the last year and a bit. I’ve noticed recently it hasn’t been charging the camera at all now. I have cleaned the panel, removed and re attached the usb to camera. Power cycled the camera via app and changed the power setting to battery and on solar in the app a few times to see if it kicks it back on to charge.

Now my camera battery is decharging, sunny day today and no signs of it charging (usually goes green with bolt logo on app)

Any suggestions?

Have you tried checking to see if you can charge the camera with a plug-in AC charger, or if you have a portable USB power bank charger~ just to see if the camera will charge at all?

Get yourself a USB volt/ amp meter and put it inline. They go for $10-15 on Amazon. Make sure to get one with the correct microUsb conectors to attach to your device.
