Today I spent over an hour on the phone with Amazon Customer Care ref not being able to set up a routine in the Alexa app for my Eufy camera. After getting me to try lots of things, he said he had read in here that there is a problem with Eufy and ‘Routines’ and that Eufy and Amazon are working towards a solution. Is he kidding me or telling the truth. Has anyone managed to set up a routine with their eufy camera and Alexa app? Thanks.
