It works great for notifications for like 5 to 15 mins then just stops .Then I have to bring the app back up by clicking in the like que of apps thing. Dont know the term, but when you hvae a bunch of adds all lined up and you can click on the one you want like the min “background”. After I do that it works again for like 10 mins.Also, why isnt there an option to run in background? Currently I have to keep the app up, if I forget to keep it up I just dont get a notification that could save my life from an intruder, etc? Why the hell?

Not sure what OS you are using but for Android, you have to specifically tell the OS not to put the Eufy app to sleep for Power Saving. If the app is closed or in the foreground notifications work normally. If it goes into sleep mode to reduce battery then Notifcations get borked. The mechanism for setting a Power saving exception differs depending on the Android version, but googling your version should tell you how to disable power saving.
Yeah I’ve tried all that I don’t know what else to try I keep just calming through all the options and I can’t find anything else to do I have all the optimization off I have all battery saving stuff off and it still does it I’m also getting that bug other people have where it logs them out and I have to log in all the time
Eufy needs to fix the notirication delay issue.
