Eufy app is not working/launching for my updated ios iphone (latest model). Tried turning phone off and no, no luck. Tried deleted the app several times today and reinstalling, no luck. Tried turning off wifi and the app launches however none of the fuctionality in the app works, its frozen. Made sure latest firmware updates are installed on the app. Have over 20 security door locks on the system. I have tried support via chat and email with no help.
Try calling Eufy directly there is a number in the app but if app isn’t working I suppose you can’t get it so here is the number for USA🇺🇸 support 1-800-988-7973 some people complain that they don’t answer but I have never had any issue. after being on hold for a few minutes a prompt will come on for a option for them to call you back and they always have for me. I know you said you have “deleted “ the app and reinstalled it but have you tried clearing the cache? not sure myself if deleting clears the cache. Good luck hope you get it sorted I’m sure you will.
Did you ever get things working on your new phone?? I’m thinking of upgrading but I don’t want issues I’ve also heard issues with the latest ios26 update
