Eufy cam 2 pro NO CONNECTION

Hi,

I have 4 Eufy cam 2 pro setup to my Home Base. All of a sudden, one of the cam (outside) dropped the connection to Home Base. Battery ifs full charged and 10 feet from base. How do I fix the problem?

Same probleme with 2 camera 2c . No connection with Home base. I Reconnected by installation mode every 1 to 2 days! Battery fully charged and 2 Home base, same problem! I will have with Amazon to return the cameras under warranty.
