I have condensation trapped inside of the plastic housing on top of the lens. Has anyone faced this before?
I also have this problem. Only had the camera for 2 weeks. The video is not usable when there is condensation on the lens. Tried drying it out by putting it near a fan overnight. That didn’t work.
I’d speak to support on that or Amazon returns if within validity. These units are supposed to be well IP rated and you wouldn’t expect that sort of moisture to be internally prior to sealing up. Unless of course there’s been a breach or very extreme temperature change.
