Eufy Cam 2C Same Percentage For Hours

I had an issue with one of my Eufy Cam 2C Camera so I got a replacement. I put it on the charger yesterday around 11:00am EST.

TODAY THE CAMERA HAS BEEN AT 94% FOR 5 HOURS!!

Is there something wrong with this camera? Has anyone else had this issue?

My 2C has been charging for 24 hours and has been stuck at 94% for hours!

Please help

I had one 2Pro that right out the box would not charge past 94% and another that would not install the firmware update. I exchanged both at Best Buy.

I had a similar problem, one of my 2C cameras would only charge to 98% brand new. Contacted Eufy, sent camera back for assessment. Acknowledged a fault with camera, sent a new one to me. Contact Eufy, the camera is faulty.
