Eufy Cameras recharged, since then no more notifications

Eufy very disappointed here. Your cameras were recently recharged

I have 2 issues.
One of the cameras took days to charge to 90%
However even worse, since they have been up, they have failed to detect motion.

Not happy.

Somebody get back to me ASAP. You charge the earth for your cameras and you let us down like this !!!

You should contact support directly. They don’t monitor this forum.
