Hi all, suddenly eufy 2c camera stopped sending push notifications to my iPhone. I didn’t change anything. Tried reinstalling app, restarting home base, didn’t help. I see this issue was reported already back in 2019. Any idea how to fix this? It really sucks that it stops sending push, after all, is a security system -_-
The solution was to restart my router. I have no idea how this could cause the problem so that only push messages could not be sent.
It would be great if someone could explain this.

I have tried a on everything.
Restarted my modem, mesh and base station.
Still no notifications of any kind. The cameras are recording, so that’s good.
I would suggest this is not “solved.”
I am an Apple user. But I also spoke to a co-worker/friend that also has Eufy cams and is an Android user, and he said he wasn’t getting notifications either.
I think this is a Eufy update issue or internal issue of some kind.

Aleksander I spoke to customer service and my system is working now.
This is what they had me do:
- Bottom of app select “Security”
- Select “Home” under Device Control
- Select “Disarmed”
- Wait for 5 seconds
- Select “Home” to re-arm the system
I had the same problem with my iPhone not getting any notifications apple had no idea I called Eufy support they said they had heard of this and told me to delete the app and then reinstall it and it 100% worked and when I reinstall i just had to sign into my account and everything was there nothing lost. I think it was a phone update problem because the same happened with my Amazon app I did the same thing and everything works now
