I’m reaching out to ask if anyone has experienced — or resolved — a firmware update loop or stuck in bluish violet with the Eufy E220 Indoor Cam 360 Pan and Tilt with 2K Resolution.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
- Factory reset (press and hold Sync button for 10–15 seconds)
- Reinstalling the Eufy Security app (latest version)
- Re-adding the device after removing it from the app
- Connecting to a strong, stable Wi-Fi network
- Leaving it powered on and online for over an hour
- Power cycling the device
- Using both iOS and Android phones
- Emailed Eufy support requesting a manual firmware push
Despite all this, the camera still won’t exit the update loop. It doesn’t become accessible in the app, and I don’t get any notification that the update has failed or succeeded.
Has anyone experienced this with the E220 model and found a workaround or solution? Would appreciate any tips while I wait to hear back from Eufy Support.
