Eufy E30 camera, why does it keep clicking & or changing from B&W to colour & back again when there is no activity

I’m going to say that it’s just at the point between dark and light, as where the lux sensor of the camera, determines when night vision turns on and off.
Try turning off Auto Night vision, but have the spotlight turn on when motion is detected so that it records in color.
