I’m disappointed. I spent all this money to out fit my house in 4 flood light cams and a doorbell came. The motion sections and recordings do not pick everything up.
I have had packages stolen and most recently a car broken into and the cameras didn’t pick up the motion and didn’t record. How is this possible? This issue keeps happening…
Do you all have people hacking the cameras and shutting them off? Do they motions sensors not work well at night?
Your tech support team didn’t have answers and just said that’s odd….
I spent over $2,000 on all these cameras and install less than 4 months ago.
I would recommend emailing the support team instead. I believe they create a ticket right away for any issues. That’s what I was told by a Eufy employee.
But yeah, it would be nice if they actually monitored this community forum for support concerns. I’ve brought that up several times and nothing has changed yet lol
If you have other people using your cameras make sure they dont have full access to change you camera setting. Ive had family delete detection zones, turn off cameras and floodlights. Test your cameras work by walk infront of them too.
