This site has ben functioning for a long time with some good knowledge and feedback on Eufy gear. Now, they have mucked it up and made it much harder to navigate. Eufy has obviously never heard of the KISS principle. More menus and controls that aren’t logically layed out don’t make for a better user experience.
I have been using this site for over 4 years and after the latest changes, I am abandoning any use of the site. Unfortunately, Eufy developers are messing up the site like they are the apps.
Same here, there’s been an abundance of Fun Captures video posts that makes it difficult to find forum users posts for inquiries/ general help with products.
All These “Fun Captures” should be listed / added to a single post, do not create another post just add to the original with your video.
I do like viewing the videos, but all these single Fun Captures posts are taking too much of the web page where you must constantly scroll…
