I have the eufy S330 ceiling mounted. Is there a way to flip the image 180 degrees?
I saw general guidance to go to the eufy app Settings → General–> Mounting Guide → Rotate, but I don’t see a Rotate toggle or anything mentioning Rotate.
I have the latest firmware installed for the S330: 3.4.2.4:0.2.2.6.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Here is the reply from eufy Technical Support:
I’m sorry, but the eufyCam S330 does not support rotating the image 180°. Due to the location of the sensor, changing the direction would result in inaccurate detection. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please let me know!
The only choices are to (1) mount the S330 on the wall or (2) get another camera mount to replace the one that came with the camera.
