Following a recent app update I can’t seem to download videos on the Eufy Security (4.9.00) app to play back on IOS. Other users posting the same thing in the app reviews. The video from my doorbell for example, successfully downloads, but then appears black in the photos app, it does kind of/partially plays in google photos, but clearly something is not right with the video file.
