This security camera just stop working
I tried to order another solar plate to plug into it
I spoke with eufy customer service on phone to order And he told me to use the eufy app
Which has absolutely no way to order the solar panel

How long have you had the S330, and where or how did you originally purchase the camera?
Personally, I would only contact Eufy customer service if I encountered an issue, even if the device was outside the warranty period. For accessories like the solar panel, I’d recommend purchasing directly through Amazon. That would have been my first point of call, rather than spending time contacting customer service by phone to place an order. From my understanding, their customer service team is primarily there to assist with technical issues or queries related to future purchases.
Most accessories, including solar panels, can easily be ordered via the Eufy app or your online account.
