For a few weeks now, it’s been almost impossible to watch live footage of my two eufy Security Floodlight Cameras E340. I can, however, view the recorded event. I’ve also had the eufy Security HomeBase 3 S380 for a while now. With the other camera, the eufy Security S340 Solo Camera, I’m having no problems watching live footage. Is this related to the latest firmware update? System version 1.6.3.8

Hi @dvd220. I’m having the similar issue with connection between homebase3 and e340. My cam e340 switch configure wifi connection randomly between homebase and extender. It works well with extender wifi but when it connects to homebase, it lags badly and almost lost connection. Maybe you can check your e340 wifi connection first to see if it is the same issue?
