I have Eufy Homebase 2 security cameras and charging them takes so so so so long. Taken all day just to get 40 % more charge. The camera has been turned off as well.
Is this a known issue and is there a work around

I have had no issues and I bet what’s going on, is you are using a very low-power USB charger. Look for small print on the charger, a number followed by mA or A, (milli)amps, unit of electric current. You will want at least 2 amps of output for decent charging speed. Do you have a smartphone and do you charge it with a USB-C charger? If so just use that same charger
If you want a good all around USB charger you can get an Anker one from this company (same company Eufy is their “smart home” brand) they’re still on sale this weekend
It shouldn’t take that long…
Anywhere from 2.5 hours to 10 hours fully charge.
How old are the cameras and what model?
If both cameras are taking a long time to charge, then it may be other issues like a bad charging cable a failing charging adapter.
I just left mine plugged in about 2 days before I had time to sync them up. I have heard it takes a while. Hard to be patient with all that excitement!
Strange
