I just purchased the SoloCam S3 at Costco. The alarm went off at 3:12am and got a lot of neighbors angry. Can someone help me turn off the alarm?

In the eufy app tap on the Smart tab and select Mode, then tap on the S3 cam.
Tap on the cog :gear: wheel.
Uncheck Camera Alarm and click save.

Check the away settings also if you use it.
