Eufy Smart Lock Lock and Unlock is Backwards

So, the first installation worked perfectly. I moved locations and reinstalled and now the unlock and lock are switched and this doesn’t allow the auto lock feature work because it will auto unlock due to it being backwards. I have tried switching things around on the install but cannot figure out what is going on.

Have you tried calibrating the lock? With the door closed but not in the locked position…

Also make sure the deadbolt is installed correctly.

You can try to factory reset the lock and try to add it back that is another way if you can do the calibration from the reply above.
