I have just installed this lock and are very happy. Having some trouble with the auto locking. When the door is left open for a long time eg. take the rubbish out. The auto lock will not engage again. I have to recalibrate the lock each time this happens. Any one else have this problem?
There have been a few updates so make sure you have the latest firmware update
It’s all updated on firmware. Still same problem.
Ok to Claire and make sure I understand you correctly, you are saying the autolock works once and then doesn’t work anymore after that?
The auto lock does not work when the door is open for a short period of time, e.g 5 minutes, and needs to be recalibrated when this happens. Additionally, the auto lock periodically stops working, e.g in the morning it will not auto lock, and again needs to be recalibrated.

I just got the Smart Lock Touch and I had set the auto lock to 30 second, I manually unlock the door and close it back. The auto lock kicks in after 30 second. After a few tries the auto lock stop working. I have to recalibrate the lock and the auto lock works again for a while. I am on the latest firmware 2.0.1.2
