Eufy Solocam E40 is not working on mobile network

Hi i have done most of settings change and try to run on VPN as well but no luck. This camera works fine on local wifi network but not on mobile network.

I had the same issue. What Fixed it for me is change the cellular apn settings. Manual change ‘name accesspoint’ (sorry Dutch translated) apn protocol ipv4/ipv6 to IPv4 only.

But my apn protocol already on ipv4 only.
