Hi. I bought a EufyCam 2 system (Homebase + 2 cameras) from Bunnings (NZ). 3 weeks later and one camera showed “disconnected” on the app. Things I tried:
- Removed it from the app. Tried resyncing it. No lights seen, no beeps heard.
- Plugged it in to charge for 30m. Tried again. Same thing.
- Tried pressing the reset button 5 times. Nothing.
Any other advice? Or is it time to take it back?
