Hey i figured that this month too after one year using. One cam had blurry recordings so this could be related to water inside the cam-case where the lens are? This you had any trouble to exchange the cam? Is this issue gone this the replacement?

I had issue with condensation on the lens yes as seen in some pictures above, only in cold weather though. I emailed them through the app and have a bit of email ping-pong they agreed to swap it.
Unfortunately I did notice within the first week the issue persists (Although not as bad so far!). Will have to try the RainX for plastic trick in the future to see if that improves things.
I have two cameras at the rear of our property and recently had a discussion with an insurance company, who would accept the Eufy 2C cameras as legitimate CCTV cameras. Here are the images of the two cameras right now and as you can see, they had a point. The cameras are outside of the warranty period and Eufy won’t address this issue but these cameras were replacements for a set that had the same issues, so they clearly are not fit for purpose. They should offer an lifetime guarantee against water ingress if they want to be taken seriously. Then perhaps the camera design would be addressed to resolve what is clearly an all too common issue. I quite like the product but this is a real let down and basically means I cannot invest in any more of their equipment.
