[Eufycam 2C] Failed to request.(20022) on Web browser

Hi,

I tried to connect to https://mysecurity.eufylife.com/#/camera to access my Eufycam 2C using Chrome and Edge (IE just displays a blank page) but I get the following error:
Failed to request.(20022)
Homebase 2 FW is 2.1.5.7h
Eufycam 2C FW is 1.6.8

Did anyone was able to solve this issue?
I saw similar posts but I didn’t find any any proper answer.

I think the link you need is https://mysecurity.eufylife.com/#/login

I just used the site and was able to view my cams without problem, so its up and functional.
