EufyCam 2C Pro - No motion detection at dawn and dusk

I have two latest generation EufyCam 2C Pro (new hardware) outdoors and found that they were unable to detect motion at dawn and dusk. Everything is fine in the house (attic and basement).
Is there a specific setting for this?
